Business Development Executive


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
  • 1 year plus of experience in business analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent in time management, prioritization and organization
  • Highly accountable and takes ownership with collaborative attitude and a lifelong learner
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English


  • Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients and partners
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and business performance displays
  • Brainstorm with the business development team to create new project strategies
  • Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with the financial engineering team, marketing staffs, managers, and executives to evaluate company strategy and results.
  • Provide training and support helping company staff develop their skills
  • Update job knowledge by studying professional publications
  • Research organizations and individuals online to initiate and identify potential new projects
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and partners and identify new prospects within the area that have been assigned
  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email and in person
